good old melville beach is getting a bit crowded for my liking.

anybody know of any secluded spots along the river?

yea exactly, too gusty. not much rigging spot etc etc.

anyone and everyone can google earth melville's shoreline so its no secret. there is a reason why melville beach is crowded- because its the best in the area. if you dont like crowds, go early or late. thats what i do with the spot i kite at, and it works perfectly

It's quite funny,

Pinnaroo Point is like Pitt Street between 2 and 5pm but come down between 6 and 8.30 and you have the entire place to yourself. I see this every day. We finish lessons at 7pm and the beach is like a ghost town.

There is one or two locals that are onto it and come down at 6ish and ride all by themselves.

Although we finish at 7pm, I am usually there until about 8pm so there is always someone there if something goes wrong or you need a land.

Good old daylight savings, or should we say daylight wastings

Thanks to the day light savings I can still get a good session in after work. It`s got my vote.
