hey all..... i just got a north freestyle fish and had a go in some smallish waves... problem is when i went for a big bottom turn it would spin out .i couldnt get it to lay over on the turns..same when doing a reo off the top... ive been riding a 6' pintailed semi gun and its perfect for the above.... is it the board or is there a special technique for these boards...im a seasoned surfer and can ride all types of boards but this one is making me scratch my head...or am i pushing it too hard.....what's the go with these freestyle fishes
cheers

I am a little Confused "NEW" and "Excellent for onshore mush, wind chop and small waves" - And yet are unable to perform a basic reo or bottom hand turn.

The plastic fins that come with the board arn't the best for holding in on good hard turn, but u can get some fiberglass fins from slingshot that make alot of difference. Also make sure if your riding with straps thier back as far as they can go on the back foot. Made the board handle in waves way better for me.
