As you will be aware many of the 2005 north rhino kites are missing a protective piece of stitched material that stops the baton rubbing away at the leading edge. Two of my new kites do not have the pieces.
I do believe that this should be fixed immediately. However I have been waiting for fair to long this is a factory fault and should be fixed yesterday. Its been at least a month and then some since I picked up on it
Also I hear that the repair will be a sticker, please fill me in on what is going to happen if anyone knows. or what are my optains open to me anyone know?
I only noticed this problem with my kite (1 month old) yesterday, and am going to take it in to see what they say about it. What have you done? What did they say? I am going to put some tape on mine in the interim.
