I think I speak for most here when i say that the thing I fear most as RIDER is losing my local spot.
I have had reports from 2 local experienced kiteboarders of guys on the beach (same guys)in the last week turning up in light to mod (not kiteable )on shore winds with kite dropping on the beach nearly wiping out other beachgoers near flags .No danger to them selves but a hazard to the other beachgoers and a piss off to the lifeguards.
the comments from the experienced guys was to me was "gee if were not careful kitings gonna get band because of these guys")
Yep thats right ! Don't just stand back and watch it happen.Perhaps let them in on it .Does this sound familiar .Loners ,wrong conditions ,never seen them before .
Go up and say g'day ask them what there experience is ,where they are from ,Be friendly ,and offer some tips like "may i suggest the next beach 5 km long with no one on it ",and "hey it's cross shore today up there what a bonus plus NO WAVES ",maybe "a lesson might be a good idea" ,let them in on local rules and sensitivities, invite them to the next club meeting.
I used to hang glide and I was a newbie kook once .Fortunately the local guys did this kind of stuff and 15 years on the sites are still open and I'm still alive.

trust me most begginers will not take ur advice, today we turned up just as the wind was dying so we wated until the front came through and while we were waiting a begginer came through. B4 he set up i said it is going to go straight onshore and get fairly windy, the only reason im here is cuz i got here for the cross shore northerly. I suggested a much better sot were it would be cross shore (where i ride everyday in the summer) but he continued to set up. It was his first time flying kite and in the light dead onshore winds as the front was moving in he managed to crash it in to the dunes and ripped a whole or two in his kite.

Their is no excuse now with the information on the net and the shops about how to go about learning to kitesurf. If anyone comes to the beach and makes out they have no idea and does things to lose the beach then they are loosers. I just don't get how anybody can be so stupid when learning these days.
As for beaches I seriously have given up trying to stop the numbnuts from doings stupid **** on my local beach.

there's nothing more dangerous than a newbie!
firstly when they get into trouble they ask someone who's nearest to help them yet are to embarrassed to ask someone who knows the deal as they will be told the correct way to do it and for some reason they don't like free advise
second: they don't think things through like if they stall at 12 they run back so it revives its self in the power zone.
third they bring friends who think it fun to put themselves in harms way, jackass wannabees = lots of or one day
4 they want to show off by jumping on the beach or doing other pointless crap that will get us banned.

please if you see them don't just sit around

i want another week of holiday
