am off up north for work begining dec and hope to have free time.any spots to kite around town??guess will be blowing arse off so will leave 16m at home...have hire car..any help greatly appreciated..thanks

I worked up there last year aswell there is an awesome spot with dead flat water. just drive to the yacht club in port hedland and look for the spoil bank you cant miss it. if you have 4wd you can drive onto the spoil bank,
as for kite sizes you will get winds from 12knots up to about 25
bloody hot up there though.
I work in karratha and we get very similar wind and I mainly use my 10m vapor and occasionally on the lighter days my 14m.
