just a note to say there are still some companies
who honour their promises
had a relative minor
issue with a radiator product
flicked em an email, quick response, let us have a look and we will sort it out
went down this am, they looked at it, replaced on the spot
flabbergasted (in a positive sense)
not after that outcome but very happy just the same
