there is a product called a turbo launcher which apparently makes it easier and quicker to launch. its on the surfconnect.com web site. i haven't used it though so i cant comment.
It's not all about being fast or easy. If you don't like setting up then I think kiting is the wrong sport for you. It's all part of the process and is often a great social side of the sport - setting up and having a chat then packing up and chatting about the awesome session. Don't they teach spelling in NSW?
