Flat water - Woodman Point. Not far from Freo, but caution must be expert as offshore winds, and "influential" riders.
Otherwise can try the River. Melville, or Pelican Point.
Waves - Perth is not that great for waves, but for some slop, try Brighton (just before Scarborough).
Should be wind this week.
