was just cruizin back from st kilda and noticed a kite stuck in the lines opposite brighton beach any one no what happend??

yeah a guy called berg tried rigging up his kite on his own. he got his lines twisted and luckily his chicken loop snapped becuse he was using bunnings cable ties

should have known it was berg what will that wacky weirdo do next, i heard a story not sure if its true but someone said he got bored one day and cut a hole in his lounge room floor so he could have an open fire, but soon realized there was another unit under his can anyone confirm this? Just really keen to know if he really is that wacky or just plain stupid?
