where can I get a rubber bungee like cord so i can put a bar above my tamp? any ideas?

Try mitre 10 or home hardware or any other diy store. or a marine chandlers.

try a plumbing shop they sell big rubber orings about 2ft in length. I use to use it to hold my outboard down on my thundercat...Maybe that and a bit of rope would work

is this to try pullup's? if so its alot easier do do it on solid ground with a solid rope

yeah your better off doing it on the ground. using a trampoline looks like it would be good but i've tried it and think the ground is better.
