a mate has a couple of twists in his lei bladder, any helpful hints to straighten them out??
Ohh it is a cabhrina 16 probably 04-5? does that help/

make sure its dry then throm some talcum powder inside the l.e shove your hand down and untwist best you can then 1/4 inflate massage the l.e then deflate. repeat process a few times then fully inflate. that should do the trick but if it doesnt you might have to pull one side out at a time and reinsert. just throw some string on the end pull out then talcum up carefully fold accordian style and gently pull back in, repeat inflate process. hope that helps. be carefule not to pump hard with a twist as it will blow the bladder
