does anyone know whether it is feasible to use a 2006 7m waroo kite with a 12m 2007 airush flow control bar?

No Worries, all bars are pretty compatible as long as the sheeting length is enough to engage the depower of the kite. Airush one is.

Just make sure all the lines are the same length when you fully power up the kite (with sheeting system) and have the bar sucked towards the chicken loop 5-10cm (i.e. from the bit closest to you)

Hope this helps

The 45cm bar is better suited, the 55cm bar will make the 7m Waroo feel like it is turning faster than Ben Cousins car within cooee of a booze bus... still, if you like the super fast turning feeling and aren't afraid to over correct on occasion, the 55cm will work fine. But, being a 7m kite, you will most likely only be flying it in high winds so the 45cm bar is the better and safer choice.
