In and around perth, on days like today when the wind is due to blow at a frustrating 11 or 12 knots from the ssw. Is there anywhere that gets this wind better than the other locations? Rottnest always seems to have high recorded wind speeds, can you KIte anywhere on the island. Is it suitable for intermediates??
