Look, you're both wrong. "Windy Miller" is definitely a pseudonym, it's to hide his real name yet lead us to his real purpose here. My guess is that he's a sailboarder, and that he's here to confuse us and take over our favourite spots. You may note, as fver did, that in his post he included a full stop... it's not any normal full stop though, it's actually a digital microdot. I'm examining it now under my binary microscope and it appears to be some kind of complex rhythmic beta-wave. It seems to be optimised to use a PC VGA monitor, set at a 60 Hertz refresh rate frequency, to carry some kind of message. Perhaps a hypnotic inducing mantra.

Oh ****! I'm on my laptop, it's got an LCD... they almost always use 60Hz as default, I better change my refresh rate before it effffffffffeeeeeeeeeeecccccccccccct...
