I just bought a Peter Lynn Venom from Steve McCormack @ www.kitepower.com.au and want to give him a shout out for being the best online buying experience I've ever had! Steve is a straight up guy, he was great dealing with all my kook questions and he was very competetive too. It was easier and quicker than dealing with a purchase in the states where I live! We need to keep people like Steve in business!
Yep, big it up for Steve, Dave, Matt and the team at KP. I see a lot of rubbishing of KP on Seabreeze, but in my experience of several kite, board and kit purchases since 2002, I think they are top guys and have top service.
I have bought a few things from kitepower in Geelong, Vic, and had it mailed out. I must admit it makes life pretty damn easy. I still wonder what the inside of a kite shop looks like!!
its not just advice, help, community spirit generated by steve and his staff, its the best customer service on the planet, a problem with slingshot bar for example, 1 e mail, 1 phone call, drop it off , pick up the new one with lines changed, no issue, now thats what I call SS service and KP at their best, long may it continue in this fast growing sport, cheers boys .
Then there was the celebrity deathmatch on kiteforum, may I point your attention to page 7: http://kiteforum.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=2310808&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=70 . When all is said and done more is said than done, regardless of any hype or whatever I'll support Steve because he's a good sport and sent me a DVD and some lines for pretty much no reason at all.
I really appreciate the kind words of support guys we do our best to support those that support us, and even those that didn't. Once people contact us they are a potential customer for us to serve, and thats our job, to serve. Doing that as well as we can is what we like to do. Thanks for the opportunity.

You have heaps of new stuff since I last looked, including Airush kites. I have an 05 10m Flow which is awesome and I have heard that the new model is even better. I'm guessing that if your selling them, then you have worked this out too!!
