Or when you've got a new kite, only taken it out 3 times since, been working on making a new board, and no wind...

You seat on the beach, the Bay is like a mirror, you have all the quiver with you in the car and check every 5 minutes the "bay wind website" but... the "beacon" is showing for the last three hours 1 - 2 knots!!!!
