Getting a "your PC,s performance is poor - click here to fix now" message where the add,s usually are on some random seabreeze web pages (Vista).
Is this a problem on my PC or SB? nothing come up when scanned.

Sounds like you have mal ware on your computer and its replacing the add banners. Do you have an anti-virus package and is it working ? if not use Microsofts free one, works well and doesn't slow your computer down like other ones. Microsoft Security Essentials link below.

Yes, I had already scanned my PC (with MS security essentials) before I put this up - think it was just random & seems to have finished bothering me now.

I just had the same thing on my mac.. I don't think seeing the ad means you have malware. The ad is trying to make you install malware on your computer.
