Hey i am keen to get into the sport im going to have a few lessons but i am unsure what size and brand kite and board i should buy. Im 6"1 an weigh about 76kg.

Hey,
I reckon something about 10-12 meter would fit quite good. Depends on your location and the wind average. And the board probably around 140cm length. Maybe a bit shorter...
Best thing is, take your lessons and talk to your instructor.
We have about the same height, but I'm a few kilo's heavier. And I went with a 12m Kite and 138cm Board.

seriously, before you buy anything go and do your lessons and speak to the instructor. at least you'll get to play with some kites first.
