No cams as far as I know but the wind meter I believe is at the end of the airport runway. This means that anything close to the western shore will probably be a bit under this reading in wind strength. Also, areas around Botany Bay can vary greatly depending on where you are and where the wind is coming from. As an example - the NE wind is always stronger at Kurnell. Towra in a NE'er can be either greater than or less than Dolls. Dolls is tidal with dominant currents and depending on the wind and tide direction can be either good or crap. Easterlies can be light at Dolls but acceptable at 1st Car Park. There are wind shadows in close at Hollywood due to the trees.
There are lots of other local things to consider as well. Most you will find out with time and experience.
