Man... The info I pointed you to in your post dated 18 05 was to show where to and not to kite in and around byron..
You aren't meant to use any form of power kites at main beach.
This is shown in the maps and policy on NSWKBA website. Please do not kite at Main beach Byron. Its too busy and subject to potential and on going bans.
