Hey mates,

I am arrvived a few days ago and now I am looking for a nice beach.
I was at Marouba Beach yesterday and I have to say: Nice Waves;-) but I will be back there only with north westerly winds.

Now to my question:
To which beach should I go if easterly winds are blowing?

Should I go to Philip Bay and La Perousse?
I wasn't there before and I only saw it on google maps. And it could be good...Is it?

Or should I go to Kurnell?

I am living at the moment near central station. How can I get to the two locations? And which beach is easier to getting there?

Perhaps someone wants to share his car(I would give money for petrol of course and I would start and finish sufing like the car-owner wants it(means if he wants going home I will finish too and so on...at home some kiters I took to the beach with my car annoy me a little bit...so I am writing this)).

Cheers,
Theide

Welcome to Sydney!

Last I heard all of the eastern suburbs beaches were no go zones for kite surfing, either because they are too dangerous, kite surfing has been banned there and/or the local surfers will kick the s**t out of you.

Best bet is either the northern beaches (you should be able to get a bus from central / the city) or cronulla (train)
