I'm kiting on a Nobile NBL '09 for this year ( just started ) but with the foot straps i always had an issue with adjusting them to the right setting.
It's really hard to find the right setting without slipping out off the strap or getting into it.
What are your recommendations of the best straps foot strap and is it possible to switch different brands of foot straps on different boards.
What are the best ones you would recommend?

Hey Jimmy,
Straps usually come in 2 or 3 different sizes, if you have small feet you'll struggle to use the bigger straps. you have 2 options, don't be shy to really wail on the straps to make them tighter when you are not in them to see if you can make them tighter or buy new straps. they are pretty universal so you can buy any make of strap and stick it on your board, the bit that may not fit so well is the footpad as it may overhang the deck of the board.
its all trial and error and time in the saddle so to speak, the best setup i had was a north board with underground straps. unfortunatly it went the way of the Long Reef triangle and vanished.

Hey Jimmy
Hop down to one of the kite shops and check out which after market straps and pads fit your board and feet. There should be plenty to choose from. Only way to know for sure.

Thanks for the advise ... will try some of them and seed how they feel.
Just have a little bit the fear that in dry conditions they feel different than on the water when they're wet.
but will definitely see what maybe else could fit
