7-Mile beach Geroa has a fairly active kite and windsurf crew. Use the carpark halfway up.

Note, no surf life rescue there, and there are plenty of bluebottles out at the moment.

Nah, been and gone mate. Off shore when I was at 7 mile... had a wave close over the front edge of my twinny and decided to call it a day.

Ahhhh. Shame to hear you didn't score. Been pretty good around here the last few weeks.

Yeah, it's been windy, but I seem to cop lots of dirty air, like they'd be 30secs of 17knots, and then it would drop out to sub 10knots for 10secs and I'd lose the kite out the air, then it would pick back up. I had this all up and down the east coast (from Pambella to Geroa and back). Probably bad timing/lack of experience.

But scored a couple of ace sessions, so I'm not complaining.
