Currently living in Morisset on lake Maquarie.
Starting kiting over the Christmas break in Jervis Bay, however my holidays will soon be over and I'll be coming back to Morisset and looking to continue kiting.
I've heard caves beach is popular so just wondering what the Newcastle kiting scene is like and where are the good spots?

Hey mate.
There are plenty of places around the lake notably on the Swansea/Belmont side. For kiting at the beach, spots around Catherine Hill Bay and Nobbys Beach are popular. If you haven't already, I would recommend you join NEWKS (Newcastle Kitesurfers) on Facebook. You'll get in touch with kite boarders in the area and you'll learn from there all the good spots to go.
