This is a little thanks to the guys at Wind Surf n Snow and who ever imports the North kiting gear.

I bought a 2012 North Whip 5'6 last year in November.

It developed a substantial crack on the underside of the board when I was out the other day. I took it into WSS as they are a North Dealer. Within five days they had cleared the warranty claim and given me their new board off the shelf. They did all this knowing they will not get the next shipment from North till March.

Whilst they were processing the claim, Sam even offered for me to use a demo board if I was stinging to go kiting.

I couldn't speak higher of the effort and service these guys delivered!
