Hey goofy,
Wind wise I'd be expecting the NE seabreeze to blow 15+ knots maybe 3 or 4 days of the week.
Then you'll get a day of southerly change sometimes strong enough to kite, before more NE pattern.
If I had to take one kite it'd be a 10. Two kites would be 9 (or 8) and 12.
