Are the lines of ur kite spose to be the same lenght front and back of course. And is there a correct (best) way to stretch lines?

Not always. Depends on the kite.
Many kites have shorter front lines than rear lines. Makes the a b!tch to tune.
Best way to stretch lines is to hook them up to something solid like a car towball or a signpost and then pull until they're the right length.
