I agree with Gateman's advice.
Here is an article that can help you with kite sizing:
www.kitebud.com.au/how-to-choose-a-kite-size/ A 9m + 12m combo at your weight would cover you from approximately 15 knots up to 25 knots. Once your technique improves, you can then go out in slightly lighter winds than 15 knots with your 12m and slightly stronger winds than 25 knots on your 9m. If you want to cover the 25-35 knots range, you will eventually need a 7m kite as well. Same goes for covering the 10-15 knots range, ideally you'd want a 15m or 17m kite for that.
Board size is also an important factor. A longer and wider board to start with helps a lot, especially in lighter winds. As you gain experience/skill your board size will go down.
