None in Manly, none on the North side of the bridge that I know of.
Best option IMO is our lessons on Botany Bay, we only do One on One lessons. $200 for 2 hrs, radio helmets, boat lessons/advanced lessons, we want to help you become a safe kiter, not milk you for money by giving you bad, shared lessons.
Shared lessons aren't always a bad deal. Often they go longer to compensate. Whilst this can lead to fatigue and a lack of concentration & information retention, group lessons can be good in that you get to see your fellow students attempts and think about how you would deal with that. Often in one on one you won't get that kind of comprehensive coverage of potential senarios that group lessons can provide.
The best way to combat fatigue is to make sure you are well fed beforehand, have sun protection for your skin and your brain, and wear a wetsuit to stop you shivering like a skinhead polar bear after an hour in the wind and water. Ie take a hat, booties, rashie & zinc, and if it's less than 25 degrees on the land, put on a wettie or after 2hrs in the wind and water you won't care about that extra hour you're getting cheap for the group price!
Main thing make sure they are well established or IKO. Happy sailing :)
