Some stiching has let go on a join on the leading edge about an 1 inch long is allowing the bladder through like a big mole . I am going to send it away to moti on wednesday . Just asking if i stich it with say fishing line or cotton is it going to make it worst for the kite to be repaired (or piss moti off ) or should i miss the only 2 days of northerlys perdicted and just send it away .We havent had wind here that has been kiteable since christmas .

DONT do anything till it is repaired properly.
If you use it with a fault in any inflated part of the kite, you will pop the bladder, if not even more damage to the section.
Both will be a bigger headache, and bigger bill, to repair (if it is even possible).
You can do stand-by repairs to the canopy no problem (get a repair kit), possibly tailing edge (but best to get done properly), but NOT a strut/leading edge.
See if you can borrow a kite- I feel your pain- I blew out my whole kite on the first day of a month long trip to a remote island a few years back, was just lucky I scored good flight connections for the post out and back with a very fast turnaround by the repairer and only missed a week!

Take it to a sail maker. They can run the sewing machine over it in 30 seconds and you're done.
If you want to be official find out from the shop you bought it from and go to their sail maker.
