Does anyone have any tips on how to replace a strut bladder if it has already been pulled from the kite. I have replaced them before using the string on one end and pull it through method but I'm unsure on how to tackle this repair if the bladder has already been removed from the strut.

Any help would be appreciated.

same as you have done before . just use like a steel nut on a string and send it down the strut till she pops out the bottom remove nut attach bladder to it and feed it in pulling the string .

I've used a brookstick (to push string down to trailing edge in order to pull tube back into strut) and that worked well, I like the nut trick though!! And don't forget the baby powder, it may save you having to do it all over again due to twists.
