Thanks bobajob. I'm almost certain it wasn't a caught line - I was thinking maybe the bar had snapped internally or something. I've since tried to flex it though and it seems perfectly fine.
Anyway, I don't use the trainer much anymore - really just for friends and days where I'm not game to fly my big one.
Fingers crossed nothing's broken :)
