Hi all I have been windsurfing for many years and would like to try kite surfing I way around 82 kgs and I am not sure what size kite would be a great starting size.Also are there bigginers boards that I should start out with.

Good to see your giving it a go,, Kite size depends on where you live (i.e wind strength),, around 82kg in Perth would be a 9mt kite,, and elsewhere (at a guess) 12mt. Best bet is to talk to your instructor, should be able to sort you out....
You can start on a larger board, but as you can already ride a board you wont be on it for long,, I'd go for around 138-140cm twintip should keep you happy for few seasons.
