I know your really keen right now because you've got your lessons booked and it's about the only thing you can think of, but it's a much wiser idea to hold off on buying gear until you've had a lesson or two and your instructor can make recommendations on gear for you.
We can give you the generic list of 08+ SLE/bow kite and a ~136-140/40-42 board, but your instructor will be able to talk through your gear options with you after one of your lessons. Don't buy too soon, else you'll end up selling it and spending more money after a month or two.

And when you do buy .. Buy second hand.
You will spend your first season crashing your kite at least a few times each session
by your second and third season you will rarely crash your kite ,
you don't want to spend that first season cringing everytime your big $$$$ brand new kite hits the deck.

Late model used is ok, but will you know whats been flogged to death or badly repaired?
If you learn to fly a kite well, by getting good kite flying skills with a trainer kite you will not be crashing your kite a lot and crashing them into water is not what kills them (unless its in big surf).
There are lots of bargains in shops, ex demo, last years new gear at heavy discounts and they will be backed by warranty and sold by people that you can fall back on for support, you can't do that with most used gear.
You should look at a bigger board something around 1.40 - 1.50 like these

With board size it's important to consider before purchase if it will be a keeper or just to learn on, otherwise you could end up with a massive board you need to ditch after a few weeks for a smaller one.
The sizes you mentioned seem about rite for your weight.
