Has anyone ridden the 2015 north gonzales?

I'm a heavy rider (~110kgs) and sick of not being able to get up and plane quickly. I'm thinking that the softness of the Gonzales will be cancelled out by increased speed and upwind, so jumping shouldn't be affected. I don't do wakestyle.

Any thoughts?

Mate my first board was a 2013 Gonzales 150x42. Was 105kg back then and was perfect for the learning phase, but, I still ride it today. It's my goto for light wind and Downwinder's. So much fun, loose, little bit skatey under foot, planes quickly, soft under the feet in chop, butter soft landings. The one downside is it does throw up some spray, but on the lighter days this is minimal anyway.

Not it saying it's the best board out there but I'm still having a blast on it 4 years later.

Am 122kgs. use a 170 FS flydoor, things a beast.

But, does it all well, easy onto plane, handles chop, just keep enjoying it.
