Hello,
I am going to buy one of these boards but I need feed back from owners of
2015 SLINGSHOT ANKLE BITER FX
2015 SLINGSHOT ALIEN TWISTER FX

What do you like about your board?

I will use this board to surf up to 5 feet face or smaller winds or ground swell. I will ride the board strapless and my quiver is 12, 9, and 7 meter NEO 2015 kites.thank in advance.
I weight 90 Kilos

Both if those boards are pretty wide, not the best for 5 foot waves, much more suited to lighter wind conditions. Why not look at a Celeritas. I've got a 2015 screamer and a 2013 Celeritas, the build quality is fantastic, strong and durable. I do know two guys that imported one of each of the boards your looking at. I personally think the width issue is a deal breaker I waves over waist high.

thank you for the feed back. The ideas is for light wind below 5 feet. I have a quiver of board including the Celeritas. I think Celeritas is an amazing board. I am asking the question because the new board is $ 345. It will be an addition to my quiver of boards. I just need to make up my mind between the fish tail or the round tail. I know the fish tail will have more traction than the round tail but looking for feed back on these boards. cheers

I have the Ankle Biter and it is quite a fun little beast. I have never used it any more than two foot (strapless) and it is a heap of fun.

I have no issues launching and landing off waves. It's tough.

But, I am 100kg and it does have a bit of rocker, so I need to be powered up to ride it (compared to the Nugget).

But at $345, it's a bargain.

I haven't ridden it without fins, but I expect it would be a heap of fun treating like a skim board.

I don't have one of those, but have Slingshot spacepickel 5-0. I'm 80kg and use it in light wind with my 17m Core kite. In 5 ft faces and light wind it would be perfect. Too bad I only get 1-2 ft waves in light wind
