I have a Timbertek 5'2 and absolutely love it! You will probably ned to put some reinforcing under the front feet as I put my heel through it. One this reinforcing has been on I have had zero problems.

Great board to kite on, got one second hand as a replacement after snapping the standard model
Put deck pads on it to cushion/save the deck as much as possible.

^ you kited the LFT version?? That's a bit silly

I snapped my LFT vader regular surfing after 8 weeks. Big waste of $1000.

bene313 I bought the lft cheap 2nd hand and kited it 15 - 18 months before it snapped into 2 seperate pieces. Had running repairs for deck creases along the way. Was enough for me to want another Tomo Evo to kite on. Bought the timbertek as a replacement $400 second hand!
