julez the best advice i can give is try as many as you can, whatever feels best is the way to go. these things are personal preference!

The Warrior 2's are awesome. Ive been riding one now for a few weeks and I would have to say that they are the best built harness around.

My suggestion would be to go the LEN10 harness. It looks more bling and has a great quality handle pass sliding attachment, and they are the same price. Work out what size you are, I can help you out if you dont have a dealer in your area.

I can second the Warrior and reckon it would be good for most that aren't shaped like Poor Rellie's avatar (ie if your chest is bigger than your gut...). Only problem with the Warrior is it's quite long for a waist harness and depending on your body shape can grind on your hips if you wear it low. I wouldn't recommend it if you like to wear harness loose and/or ride toeside lots. Got a mate that loves his Love too, but I haven't tried it yet.

If you can go try the Warrior in the shop, do it and make sure you do it up low and tight and then hang off something, twist around a bit and see how it feels. I ride mine with the velcro strap tucked back into the harness - helps stop the spreader bar riding up (you'll see what I mean). If it feels good then you'll prob be fine.

I think there is a big difference in the warrior 1 and warrior 2. I've got the 1st which I rate massively, but I tried the Warrior 2 yesterday and it was the gun! Super comfy and the spreader bar release looks cool 2.Which bring me to my question.
Has any1 had any troubles with that new system?

I use a wettie top and still get heaps bad chaffing with my warrior 1. It probably has to do with the fact that Im short and stocky. A bit of that white micorpore tape does the trick for that. I don't get chaffing in my steamer.

I second everything said about the firestarter. It is a realy good harness! I have been riding with an 07 firestarter that has had a fare bit of use. I think the time has come to upgrade. The price hasnt been mentioned for the 09 firestarter... exactly how much is it... Also does anyone know a dealer that stocks the 09 model?

Back to the topic, I would recomend the firestarter, it is a really comfortable, supportive and great looking harness!
