I have a 10m Nem HP 2009 and rate it as excellent in flat water and waves. This is the only kite I use in ranges from light at about 12 to 15 to 30kn and may be just a little more. Basically it has replaced my 2008 9 and 12 Nem HPs.
Last week I tried the lines with the 3m extension removed in 20 to 25kn and while it was ok IMO the longer lines work best. The shorter lines seemed to have a significant impact on killing jumping

there geting closer to a 1 kite quiver ,wont be long imthinking 2 kites at the moment would deffinantly have it coverd. 10 mt for 11 to 25kn and 6mt for 20 to 35kns.ive tried my 8mt in 12kns and suprizingly you can get on the plane. up wind ability suffers though.going for 14 days staight kiting every day, the wind gods have been good froth on swells up.

I agree I have the 10 HP 2009 and its all I use. So far from light about 11/12 kn to just over 30 kn. All I have to do in the high wind range is move the back lines 1 knot.
This means I now have a 9 and 12 HP 2008 I no longer need.
