I was speaking to a cop who says they get kiting gear handed in at the Henley Police Station almost every week. Very little of it gets collected and after 28 days or so it goes to the auctions.
Just a thought.

Thats all we need - some muppet to grab a bargain at an auction thinking they might try kiting and then go and do the wrong thing and either hurt a beach goer or themselves.
