It looks like a few of us are making the trip on the 23rd October. The plan is to be in Whyalla for the weekend, as well as saying hi to the crew and bringing up the new 2011 kites we're hoping to get a good ride in.

Hey all- just want to clarify some stuff. All official saksa events will be announced under the saksa login and on our website. The Whyalla season opener will be going ahead but dates are still being discussed due to an extremely busy calendar of events. Keep an eye lit for an official announcement this week Whyalla and surrounding crew !

Thanks

Seeing as MartineBone is bringing all the 2011 gear and rides for Onboard, you can assume that is the case. That is what they did last season.

i was told by blake that Whyalla isn't getting a sign up day. So i'm assuming that we just get online to sign up?

Guys, the SAKSA Season Opener BBQ was not a sign up day, its all done online now through AKSA. The BBQ we had down at Henley was just a season opener BBQ and get together. We were going to try and fit one in in October or November in Whyalla but the decision was made to wait until the winds get better and will put on a BBQ then. We are due for another SAKSA meeting soon so hopefully we can set a date soon enough.

I would like to apoligise to all the Eyre Penninsula crew for not getting over there and putting on a BBQ so far this year. I'm still currently working on a weekend in the future where a couple of us can head over, put on a BBQ and hopefully get a ride in with you guys. So sorry about the delay.

Well until then, look forward to seeing you guys in a month for the Whyalla Comp

Cheers Croc
