Head down south towards corny point, then just follow the coast around, there are to many good spots to mention depending on the wind direction, even worth having a look around the national park there is some really nice beaches there. When are you going to be down there im going to be around moonta at some stage over christmass, probably on boxing day. There is a sick spot near port broughton that i could take you to if you want some dead flat watter and lots of it.

I lived in moonta for 3 years, then we had a family shack at Port hughes for a lot of years, i have relitives that have holiday rental properties in wallaroo, and one down the Pines(not far away from corney point) and one at that flat watter spot And my inlaws live in Moonta bay. So i get down there a bit. and have spent a lot of time chassing surf around the coast but have allso been down there kitting. Allso ask Easto he spent a bit of time last year chasing some surf down there.

Hopefully we can catch up for a kite.

I will be at port Victoria from Christmas day until propably the 29th. I would be keen to tag along with anyone planning on kiting. I don't mind travelling if we are going to score good conditions. Waxy I might get your number from easto.

There's a nice downwinder from the start of the Troubridge Point Drive back to Sultana Point at Edithburg, with the Wattle Point wind farm as the backdrop.
Works on a SSW to SSE on any tide.
