Saw a bloke a few hundred meters off shore at Brighton when i was there on the weekend. He looked as though he needed assistance. I saw that his kite was cut lose or safety pulled and the kite was drifting away from the occupant in the water. I had to go to work but does anyone know if he got back to shore alright?

Thanks Rod.

Are you an ex windsurfer Rod? Kiters help other kiters out.
Poor form leaving the fella drifting out to sea.

That's a bit harsh, what if other kites were close by. Rod is concerned enough to post the comment.

If he was a few hundred metres offshore at Brighton he could probably just... stand up
