If you go down a few posts there is a se qld guide. Has comments for Wello and 2 other bayside sites for W. Wind.. Both at Bribie island.southern end.. Opposite sides of channel. Sandstone & Bongaree.

The southern most point on Bribie Island. Google Map it.
Woody Point on the Redcliffe peninsula will have kiters.
Be careful it's very gusty there.
