Hi All
I'm in my 2nd season of kiteboarding and lovin it. Have been kiting at shearwater and loders creek (KFC) but would like to know is the whole of broadwater open to kiting or are there restrictions on some areas. Around the olympic pool seems like a great area with plenty of beach and grass area but never see anyone kiting there.

Hey Burney
There are some shallow sections there and underwater obstructions (rocks)
The wind is badly affected from the SE due to the high rises near the sailing club and the beach us just about nonexistant.
Its bad news to rig and launch in the park as the wind can luff and gust inviting an incident with the tress.
There are no kiters there for a good reason.
