I've got a room for rent only 1block off the Melville kiting area so I am keen to get another Kiter in as I'm the only one here at the moment.

1 good sized room available with double bed if needed.
House is huge with 5-6bedrooms, huge living areas, swimming pool and huge backyard.
House is shared with 4 others (3guys,1girl) and half a dozen chooks (free eggs)

We are 3 Aussies and 1irish, casual, social, active etc.

Lady preferred to keep the balance and also as u would share a bathroom with only 1 other girl.
$185 per week plus bills.
