looking for a kite buddy /travel companion to go to Penghu island Tawain,leaving in approx 2 weeks ,air lines tickets not booked yet,leaving from Vietnam,planning on staying a month,I expect strong winds,taking a 5m ,7m and 9m kite,have done a bit of research ,is cheap and comfortable,check Penghu on windguru or windfinder for forecast,is flat water and waves ,plenty of options,planning on staying on a small island named Jiberi as can rent scooter when first get there,no need for a licience,
