At this point the conditions for next Saturday are not suitable for water training (light northerlies).
We will wait until Friday midday to make the final decision whether we go ahead or not.
In the event that the final call is a no-go we will run a customized group exercise session at Brighton Beach at 10am (1.5hrs).
This session will be run by a qualified personal trainer who has customized a program that will help you to work on the endurance and flexibility needed for our next kiteboarding challenge.
This will be the one only opportunity to get yourself an exercise program for those days with no wind.
So, keep an eye here for more info on Friday.
