Altona had great conditions yesterday (sunday 8th). Unfortunately my kite wasn't so good. Seems like it is now leaking. Half an hour in it deflated to the point where it kept collapsing and became uncontrollable when I was a fair way from shore. Had to release the safety, wind it in and swim back to shore. Just want to say a big thanks to the guy who stopped to check I was ok, give me advice and took my board back to shore. Much appreciated thank you.
Also where's a good place to get leaky kites fixed? I'll examine it once it's dried but I'm assuming it's going to need a repair.
