I've been kiting down there quite a few times during warmer times and have seen a few kites out at different times. Mostly I've seen others kiting near the Barwon heads end of the beach. Don't think there are any rules to say you can't kite there - it's generally a pretty empty beach once you get away from the surf club.

Yeah down at Raffs Beach toward Barwon Heads..Looks great at low to mid tide....I think i'll head down the next time there are S/SE winds!! Cheers!
